Yes, provided that your international experience meets the requirements of the International Engagement area and your service meets the requirements of the Service Engagement area. You are allowed to use the same experience to qualify for no more than two Engagement Areas. If you elect to use the same experience for two areas, you are responsible for all requirements for each of the two areas.
